1.作业条件

1. Homework conditions

(1)要对图纸很熟悉,并做好焊接技术交底工作。

(2)在施焊前,应检查焊工的上岗证是否在有效期限内,是否能担当焊接工作。

(2) Before welding, it is necessary to check whether the welder's work permit is valid and whether they are capable of performing welding work.

(3)现场供电条件,应符合焊接用电要求。

(4)如果施工温度低于零摄氏度,那么应行预热,然后再进行操作。

2.冬期低温焊接

(1)采用电弧焊时,如果环境温度低于零摄氏度,那么应对焊接工艺参数进行适当的调整,并遵守常规的焊接规定。此外,焊缝和热影响区的冷却,应缓慢进行。

(2)如果风力超过规定,那么应采取挡风措施。

(3)焊接后未冷却的接头,应避免与冰雪相接触。

3.质量标准

(1)钢结构焊接工程的检验的划分,分分为若干个批次,分批进行检验。

(2)对于碳素结构钢,在焊接完成后24小时内,要进行焊缝探伤检验。

4.应注意的质量问题

(1)焊接部位的相对尺寸和位置,应严格进行控制,准确无误后才能进行焊接,焊接时也要精心认真准确进行操作。

(2)焊接过程中,不能突然中断,不能使用大的电流,以防产生焊接裂纹。还有,焊缝接头上,应搭接10到15mm。

(3)焊件在焊接过程中,不能被移动、搬动,或者是被敲击。
