很多人选铁艺护栏先看花型——“卷草纹、欧式尖头、古铜做旧”，装上去头两年挺好看；等第三年焊口冒黄锈、竖杆根部脱皮，才发现颜值救不了工艺。

一、防锈顺序不能反：先镀锌，再喷塑

只刷防锈漆+面漆的户外铁艺，2–3 年起步锈点；冷镀锌稍好也撑不过 5 年。能扛 15 年以上的正路是：整体热浸镀锌（锌层 ≥85μm，按 GB/T 13912）→ 打磨找平 → 户外聚酯粉末喷塑或氟碳面漆。锌层是“长在铁里”的冶金结合，局部划伤会自钝化；漆只是第二道防线，顺序反了等于白做。

Outdoor wrought iron with only anti rust paint and topcoat, rust spots starting 2-3 years ago; Cold galvanizing can only last for 5 years even if it is slightly better. The correct way to withstand for more than 15 years is: overall hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer ≥ 85 μ m, according to GB/T 13912) → grinding and leveling → outdoor polyester powder spraying or fluorocarbon topcoat. 二、焊点是隐形寿命点

铁艺大多先焊接再整体镀锌，但现场切割、拼接、返修的焊口最容易漏镀。验收盯着三处：焊缝满焊不虚焊、焊渣打磨圆滑、切口和补焊位刷环氧富锌底漆+补面漆。只说“统一喷一遍漆”的，三年后必从焊点烂起。

Most iron works are welded first and then galvanized as a whole, but the welded joints cut, spliced, and repaired on site are the most prone to missed plating. The acceptance focuses on three aspects: full welding without virtual welding, smooth grinding of welding slag, and brushing of epoxy zinc rich primer and topcoat on the cut and repair welding positions. Those who only say 'spray paint once' will start to rot from the solder joints after three years.

三、按场景定壁厚和高度，不靠感觉

庭院/别墅：高 1.2–1.5m，立柱方管 ≥2.0mm，竖杆净距 ≤110mm（防儿童卡头）；

小区/厂区围墙：高 1.8–2.2m，立柱 60×60×3.0mm 左右，立柱间距 ≤2m；

阳台临空：净高 ≥1.05m（24m 以上 ≥1.10m），别做可踩踏的横档；

北方融雪剂、沿海高湿：锌层直接拉到 100–120μm，或上 304 不锈钢/氟碳体系。

四、安装偷一步，前面全白做

混凝土基础预埋 ≥300mm、C25 浇筑；砖墙/保温墙别只打膨胀螺栓，要预埋板或化学锚栓。立柱垂直度 ≤3mm/m，整线顺直度用线坠校，不校直接歪着长。

Pre embedded concrete foundation ≥ 300mm, C25 pouring; Brick walls/insulation walls should not only use expansion bolts, but also pre embedded plates or chemical anchor bolts. The verticality of the column should be ≤ 3mm/m. The straightness of the entire line should be calibrated with a plumb line, and if not calibrated, it should be straightened.
