现象一：铁艺门门扇下降 -门铰下坠，门扇、门框变形。

解决方法：拆下铁艺门门扇，调门铰，门扇铰往锁方向敲打，门框铰往锁向相反方向敲打，3号暗铰用内六角调节螺丝，一号暗铰敲打其门框门铰底座使之下沉，修复铁艺门门扇、门框变形位置

现象二：铁艺门表面损伤：油漆脱落、损花 。

原因：A、碰撞时出现损伤 B、腐蚀性损伤。

解决方法：用相同颜色进行修补油漆（注：小面积用毛笔划画，大面积用大排扫、注意毛扫与工件成30度角，油漆有能过多，不能用力，更好在纸板上先扫几回，毛扫与压花纹路的相反方向运行。

原因：A、铁艺门门铰边上下键不均,B、上键左右不均匀。

解决方法：若上下缝不均（即横缝），1、检查门框对角线；2、加减垫片，查看铁艺门门扇铰位上方间隙。
