一.隔热方法
1、 Thermal insulation method
用耐火材料包裹钢结构工厂。包装材料有混凝土、轻质耐火混凝土、钢丝网砂浆等,具有取材方便、价格低廉、表面强度高、抗冲击性能强、对钢结构厂房施工技术要求不高、但重量较重的优点。

四.喷雾方法

可以使用涂料器具将防火涂料直接涂在钢结构构件表面,在火灾时形成耐火保护层。目前,大型钢结构采用两种方法。厚涂防火涂层厚度为8-50mm,密度低,导热系数低,涂料本身的隔热性能可大大提高钢梁的耐火性能,提高到0.5-3h。对于面漆,涂层厚度不超过7mm,该涂料具有一定的装饰性能,通过涂层高温膨胀发泡形成的耐火隔热层,可以提高钢梁的耐火性能。
