2、轻钢别墅的楼面构造：轻钢别墅的楼面由冷弯薄壁型钢架或组合梁、结构板、防火板、保温棉、防水层、细石砼、地面面层连接件等组成。装饰时可铺设瓷砖或木地板，踩踏感觉与砖混效果一样。在这些轻质楼面上每可承受316～365公斤的荷载。轻钢别墅的楼面结构体系重量仅为国内传统的混凝土楼板体系的四分之一到六分之一，但其楼面的结构高度将比普通混凝土板高100～120毫米。
