浅谈轻型钢结构建筑的应用

一、轻型钢结构的应用1、低层轻型钢建筑方面:低层轻钢建筑,指两层以下(含两层)的钢房屋建筑,主要采用实腹式或格构式门式平面钢架结构体系。我国已建成的门式钢架轻钢结构房屋有800多万,而且以每年约100万的速度增加。2、多层轻钢建筑方面:多层轻钢建筑是另一种很有发展前途的建筑形式,一般可定义10层以下的住宅;总高度低于24米的公共建筑,楼面荷载小于8KN/M?的工业厂房。这类建筑多采用三维框架架构体系,亦可采用平面钢架结构体系。

二、轻型钢结构的优缺点
