  在选择铁艺护栏的时候,更关心的容易生锈吗?而铁艺护栏在焊接成型之后,会进行防锈处理工艺,接下来我们为大家详细讲解下铁艺护栏的防锈处理工艺。一、 热镀锌热镀锌是将除锈后的钢件浸入500℃左右融化的锌液中,使钢构件表面附着锌层,从而起到防腐的目的。热镀锌板的生产工序主要包括:原板准备→镀前处理→热浸镀→镀后处理→成品检验等。

  二、 冷镀锌冷镀锌也叫电镀锌,是利用电解设备将管件经过除油、酸洗、后放入成分为锌盐的溶液中,并连接电解设备的负极,在管件的对面放置锌板,连接在电解设备的正极接通电源,利用电流从正极向负极的定向移动就会在管件上沉积一层锌,冷镀管件是先加工后镀锌。

  2、 Cold galvanizing, also known as electroplating, is the process of using electrolytic equipment to remove oil, acid wash, and then place the pipe fittings in a solution composed of zinc salts. The negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment is connected to the negative electrode, and a zinc plate is placed on the opposite side of the pipe fittings. The positive electrode of the electrolytic equipment is connected to the power supply, and the directional movement of current from the positive electrode to the negative electrode deposits a layer of zinc on the pipe fittings. Cold galvanizing pipe fittings are first processed and then galvanized.

  三、 机械镀锌机械镀锌在装有镀件、玻璃球、锌粉、水和促进剂的旋转滚桶内,作为冲击介质的玻璃球随着滚桶转动,与镀件表面发生摩擦和锤击产生机械物理能量,在化学促进剂的作用下,将镀涂的锌粉“冷焊”到镀件表面上,形成光滑、均匀和细致的具有一定厚度的镀层。

  3、 Mechanical galvanizing is carried out in a rotating drum containing plated parts, glass balls, zinc powder, water, and accelerators. The glass balls, as the impact medium, rub and hammer against the surface of the plated parts as the drum rotates, generating mechanical physical energy. Under the action of chemical accelerators, the zinc powder coated is "cold welded" to the surface of the plated parts, forming a smooth, uniform, and fine coating with a certain thickness
